Ned arrived at the shelter feeling unsocialized and scared, and he needs a calm environment with a structured routine to help him feel safe as he learns the ropes. He's looking for a family willing to take things slow, offering him a major confidence boost and showing him what it truly means to just be a dog. With a little time, predictability, and a lot of love, Ned is ready to blossom into the loyal companion he was always meant to be.

Ned would thrive in a calm environment. He would also do well with a calm, respectful canine companion who can lead by example and show him that life isn't so scary.
