Meet Boone, a 3-year-old, 35-pound hound mix who has been waiting for his forever home for a year and a half. He is an athletic, playful adventure buddy who also loves curling up for cuddles on the couch.

Ideal Home

Boone would thrive with an active person or family who enjoys walks, runs, outdoor adventures, and backyard games. A fenced yard would be a great fit. He is respectful and friendly with senior dogs and kittens, and he is learning to stay calm and focused around other dogs.

Boone is neutered, vaccinated, and reported healthy.

Training & Support

• Fully house-trained
• Does not need a crate, but does best in a secure room when left alone
• Doing well learning leash-walking manners
• Enjoys fetch, tug-of-war, walks, and runs
