Meet Robert!

Robert is a young, male, medium-sized dog who is a mix of American Bulldog and Pit Bull Terrier. He's a goofy, playful boy with plenty of spunk and a heart full of love. Robert may have just three legs, but it certainly doesn't slow him down! He loves to zoom around the yard, wrestle with his dog friends, and proudly show off his favorite game of keep-away with his stuffies. Robert lost his leg due to a chemical burn, and while he has some permanent scarring, including a few marks on his face, these are simply part of his story and a reminder of his resilience. Since settling into foster care, his personality has continued to blossom, and he's become an affectionate, happy boy who loves being part of the action. Whether he's curled up beside you on the couch or heading out on an adventure, Robert is happiest with his people. He's the perfect mix of playful energy and loving companionship, and he's more than ready to find a family who will cherish him for the incredible dog he is.

Ideal Home

Robert would thrive in a home with another playful dog. He loves having canine companions to romp around with before settling in for snuggles. Adopters must live in Central Indiana, no more than 45 minutes from downtown Indy.

Ongoing Health

Robert lost his leg due to a chemical burn and has some permanent scarring, including a few marks on his face.

Robert is house-trained.
