Carolyn Wiger

Carolyn is a 2-year-old, 77-pound female Great Pyrenees with a heart of gold. She's a true survivor, having been found abandoned and pregnant. Despite her past, Carolyn has a calm, gentle presence that brings peace to any home. Her strategy for life is simple: love your people, take a nap, and check on everyone. She's incredibly people-oriented and adores humans, but also enjoys the company of other dogs and is happy to share her space peacefully. Carolyn is mature, patient, and trustworthy, making her an easy companion.

Ideal Home

Carolyn would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard due to her Great Pyrenees instincts to explore. She's a homebody who just wants to be included with her family.

Ongoing Health

Carolyn is in good health and has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Carolyn is already fully potty trained. She does have an alert bark when something seems unusual outside but settles down once she's satisfied. She has not shown interest in toys or playing in water. She also dislikes kennels and prefers not to be confined. Car rides are a work in progress; she appreciates a boost getting into the vehicle but settles well once inside.

Transporation

Carolyn is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Adopters will need to come pick her up themselves. She cannot be shipped or transported by the rescue.
