Meet Pretty!
This sweet girl is thriving in foster care and showing everyone exactly what kind of family dog she is ready to be. Pretty is the perfect mix of playful, loyal, and snuggly. She loves to run and play, but she's just as happy curled up on the couch soaking up all the love she can get. She is definitely a velcro girl and wants to be wherever her people are, even if you're just walking across the room! She does well in her crate when needed, shares toys nicely, and has no issue with food, bones, or chewies being handled. She is doing great with her foster dog sibling and has a nice, balanced play style – not too bossy, not too shy, just happy to have a friend. Pretty also adores the kids in her foster home, ages 11 and 13, and with her gentle nature, we think she could do well with younger, respectful children too. Her cat status is unknown in foster, but her previous owner reported that she likes cats. This smart girl already knows "Come," "Sit," and "Go lay down." And one of her best qualities? She is an absolute dream on a leash! Pretty is ready to be someone's shadow, walking buddy, couch snuggler, and forever best friend. She has so much love to give; now she just needs a family to give it to.

Pretty would thrive in a home where she can be close to her people. She has enjoyed the company of resident dogs and children aged 11 and 13, and may do well with younger, respectful children. Her previous owner reported she likes cats.

Like many young dogs, when Pretty gets extra excited she may do a little playful nibbling, but she is learning quickly and improving every day. She is already mastering commands like "Come," "Sit," and "Go lay down," and is a dream on leash. She is crate trained and comfortable with her food and toys being handled.
