Noelle is a 4-year-old, sweet, smart, and affectionate girl who came to our rescue with her brother, Nicholas. They have been together their entire lives and we are asking that they be adopted together. Noelle and Nicholas are used to being spoiled rotten and are ready to continue their lives being cherished!
