Gigi is estimated to be around a year old and is an energetic and very sweet girl. She's fantastic with other dogs and easily integrated into her foster home as the third dog. She's a good sport, letting a two-month-old Aussie puppy try to "herd" her, and has quickly become friends with a six-month-old puppy who is bigger than she is. Gigi loves to run, retrieve a ball, play with other dogs, and she absolutely loves water! We had to take away her kiddie pool while she healed from her spay surgery, and she was so eager to play that she would stand in the water trays meant for drinking. She is an agile, smart, and athletic girl who will do best with a family that is familiar with her breed, can provide a safe place with room to run and play, and can stimulate her mind. She needs a home with plenty of space for her to run and play and would love to have a canine sibling. She is not an ideal dog for apartment living or to be tied out when she goes outside. Gigi was found going from person to person in a Walmart parking lot asking for help. We don't know her story of how she ended up there, but we were happy to welcome her to the rescue to help her find a loving family. She is a petite girl weighing 25 lbs or less.
