About Bubbly Betsy

Betsy is a FUN and maternal dog who loves to be with other dogs, and she's quite bouncy! She's not aggressive or bossy, but she does have a bark, and her terrier DNA comes out when meeting new smaller dogs. She has spent most of her time with bigger dogs and enjoys being the 'shortie' of the playgroup. Betsy has been fostered with kids, other dogs, and in both houses and apartments. She is crate trained and loves routine – she literally bounces up and down, runs outside, then back into her crate to nap.

Betsy is not food motivated and nibbles through the day, but has managed to become a bit fluffy. She's a 50 lb dog who loves car rides, water, and sunbathing! She has participated in local rescue events, wiggling her whole body to meet new people and barking with excitement. A donated DNA test revealed her classic Houston mutt mix of American Pit Bull Terrier, Lab, Boxer, German Shepherd, Shar Pei, Chow Chow. She is a short dog with a medium double coat and a sharp mind.
