Louie is a charming French Bulldog mix, just under 4 years old, who has shown incredible resilience despite facing paralysis for over six months. After consultations, it was determined that surgery was unlikely to restore his mobility, and he will likely remain paralyzed. However, Louie is a true testament to the power of a positive spirit! This 25-pound pup is mastering his wheels and demonstrating his adaptability daily. He is incredibly sweet, loving, and easygoing. Louie adores people and also thrives with canine companionship, specifically a similarly sized female dog to be his playmate. Due to his paralysis, he doesn't have full bladder control and wears a diaper, but his care routine is manageable, and his team will ensure his adopter is fully prepared. He would do best in a home without stairs and is happy to be carried when necessary. Louie's greatest joy is curling up with his loved ones. His heart is full of love, and he's looking for someone who can see past his disability to embrace the wonderful dog he is.
