Hazel

Hazel is a sweet, cautious girl with a heart of gold! She's about 2 years old and weighs 50 lbs. Hazel is very smart and knows how to sit, stay, and spin. She can be a little fearful in new situations, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into an incredibly loving and affectionate companion who adores cuddles and belly rubs. Hazel has spent time in training and walks well on a leash, responding to commands. She also gets along well with other dogs. Her gorgeous brindle coat shines in the sun! Hazel came to us after her previous owner had to surrender her due to long work hours. While she was initially timid, she has really started to shine in our care.

Hazel would thrive in a home where she can feel safe and secure. Her new family should be patient and understanding as she adjusts to her new surroundings, allowing her time to blossom.

Hazel has done well in training and responds to commands. With continued patience and positive reinforcement, she will undoubtedly continue to be a well-behaved and loyal companion. She needs a family who will let her blossom and reward their patience with endless devotion.
