Stormy

Stormy is a 2-year-old, spayed female Chocolate Lab mix who is approximately 45lbs and full of love! She is a high-energy pup, typical of her breed, and her favorite activities include playing ball, going for runs, finding good sticks, and playing under the sprinkler. Stormy is a super sweet girl who loves to play and is doing well with leash training and crate training. She does have a bit of "happy potty" when she's super excited or left alone for too long, but with a little patience and understanding, she can overcome this!

Ideal Home

Stormy needs a home with a fenced-in yard or plenty of space to run as she is not an apartment dog. She has shown to do well with dogs and children, and we can test her with cats.

Ongoing Health

Stormy has received a general check-up, parasite treatment, flea and tick medication, and age-appropriate vaccinations including rabies. She is also microchipped.

Training & Support

Stormy is working on not having "happy potty" accidents when she's excited or left alone for extended periods. Consistent positive reinforcement and a predictable routine will help her succeed.

• We require adopters to establish an active relationship with a veterinarian no later than 10 days after adoption.
