Bear loves his stuffy toys and can become incredibly focused when playing with them, preferring a quiet environment for his important "business." He's a gentle giant, showing a sweet and respectful nature with smaller dogs, and he's a champion in his crate, loving a good routine.

Training & Support

Bear is well-mannered and polite, especially with new friends, both human and canine. He walks nicely on leash and approaches other dogs with confidence and respect. While he's had a polite start with cats, a slow introduction or sleepover would be best to see how he truly feels. Bear is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide through our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters).
