Chip is a handsome approximately one-year-old American Bully mix who weighs around 53 pounds. He’s built like a tank but has a heart of pure marshmallow, complete with strong opinions! Chip has the classic bully look, with a big head and sturdy build that invites attention and pets, which he gladly accepts. He’s confident, social, and deeply involved in everything his humans do. Chip greets everyone with enthusiasm, embodying a joyful approach to life.
Life with Chip is never dull! He’s a dedicated toy collector and a champion splooter, always ready to be emotionally available for you, though he can be a bit dramatic. He plays hard, brings laughter, and then will often collapse into a snoring, upside-down nap, as if he's completed a long day's work. Chip loves his walks and playtime, often prioritizing a good rope toy over anything else. He’s a big fan of water and an even bigger fan of tug-of-war! He's also a smart cookie, already crate trained, potty trained, and knows his commands. Chip has a great "I want to get it right" attitude, and he's looking for a consistent partner to help him continue to learn and grow.
Ideal Home
Chip would thrive in a home with an active, engaged family who appreciates a dog with a big personality. He can live with other dogs after proper introductions and currently coexists peacefully with a cat. He's not a low-energy or background dog; he's a dog that you'll want to build your routine around. Homes with children 10 years and older are recommended to ensure the best fit for both Chip and the family.
