Meet YAM! She's a firecracker tripod with a social calendar fuller than yours. This beautiful girl is missing a rear leg, but don't let that fool you – YAM can romp! She is joyful, social, energetic, and always ready to be part of the action. YAM loves her best friends SPIRIT, DANDY, ARLO, and NOODLES. Sometimes she even gets double playtime and joins the Littles group, too, because everybody loves YAM. She is one of those dogs who brings bright, happy energy wherever she goes. YAM loves walks and can pull a little when her enthusiasm gets ahead of her, but nothing a harness or some quick lessons wouldn't help. She is smart, affectionate, people-loving, and would be great with kids. She lives to be social. She can be a little wiggle-bug, but if you can keep her still long enough, she will give you the sweetest kisses. Her favorite games are tug-of-war and keep-away, especially with friends like ARCHER or ARLO. When she is finally pooped, she plops down in the biggest sunbeam she can find. YAM has been with us since she was a tiny puppy, so she will need some initial guidance as she learns home life. She is clean almost every night at our facility, which is a good sign. YAM is a caretaker favorite for a reason. If you are looking for a loyal, joyful sidekick who makes friends everywhere she goes, YAM is your girl.
