Meet Joey Golden! This sweet and gentle boy is a true character with a love for life, estimated to be born on June 1, 2025. He's a Golden Labrador Retriever mix, weighing around 30 lbs, and he's not expected to get any bigger. Joey is a happy, playful, and incredibly snuggly pup who balances fun and calm perfectly. He's house-trained, crate-trained, and eager to please, making him a smart cookie who's ready for his forever home. Joey enjoys his toys, loves to cuddle up on the couch, and is always ready for a belly rub. He's also great with other dogs and would make a wonderful companion for kids.

Ideal Home

Joey would love a home with a fully fenced backyard where he can play and relax in the sun. He's also happy to be the only pet or to share his home with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Joey is up-to-date on all his vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Joey is already doing great with potty and crate training. With consistency, structure, and treats, he'll continue to thrive. His intelligence and eagerness to please will make training a joy.

Transporation

Joey is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. A transport surcharge of $87 applies. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
