Atalanta is looking for a dedicated family who will work closely with their regular veterinarian to monitor her health.
Ongoing Health
Atalanta has a permanent visual impairment and is partially blind. She has also experienced occasional small seizure-like activity and has shown occasional cervical (neck) pain, particularly when looking down. She does not currently seem to require ongoing pain medication and remains completely comfortable and playful during her daily routine. Her recent bloodwork came back completely normal. Her spay surgery is planned for early August. Adopters should understand that neurological signs can be unpredictable and may develop or change over time.
