Freckles! Wiggles! A happy little hop in her step! This is Pippi Longstocking, and she absolutely lives up to her name. Petite, bright-eyed, and full of spunky sweetness, she moves through the world like it's a playground she's just discovered. Pippi is estimated to be about 2 years old and weighs 37 lbs. She’s a happy, medium-sized girl with energy to spare and a heart that is wide open. On leash, she has great basics and an easy pace, responding nicely to correction. When she gets loved on, she gets almost giddy with undeniable enthusiasm that will make you giggle every single time – think confetti cannon!
Ideal Home
Pippi will thrive with an active family who enjoys movement, play, and a dog who greets each day like it's a celebration. Her play style can be bold, so she'd do best with a confident dog who can advocate for themselves and set boundaries. She is not the best fit for a dog that is a pushover. Her response to cats was mixed and inconclusive, so we would love to see her in a home setting with a cat or two to get a full understanding of her approach to a feline friend.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. There is an $87 surcharge for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
