Rusty II is a sweet, handsome, and loyal adventure buddy with a gorgeous brindle coat! This 1.8-year-old, 65-pound male Plott Hound/Black Mouth Cur mix was found abandoned but is now thriving with his foster family and ready for his forever home. Rusty is happiest by your side, whether it's on a morning walk, cruising on an ATV, or just relaxing after a day of outdoor fun. He's all in for hiking, camping, road trips, and exploring!

Ideal Home

Rusty would love a family who will include him in their adventures and give him lots of love. He's great with kids and dogs, and his easygoing vibe makes him a wonderful companion.

Ongoing Health

Rusty is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his shots. He is on Credelio flea and tick prevention and Interceptor Plus Heartworm prevention. He will have a full vet exam for a Health Certificate before traveling.

Training & Support

Rusty is a quick learner who loves treats and knows commands like "sit" and "no sir." He walks nicely on a leash and shows no aggression towards cats or chickens. He's continuing to learn and grow with his foster family.
