Artie is a 3-year-old, 32-pound Terrier mix with a zest for life and an endless supply of affection! This spirited girl is always ready for an adventure, whether it's a game of fetch, a romp in the yard, or a zoomie session with her favorite toys. Artie is incredibly smart, playful, and loves meeting new people with enthusiastic tail wags.
Ideal Home
Artie would thrive in an active household that enjoys outdoor activities and playtime. She has done well with large dogs (50-100 lbs) and would likely enjoy a canine companion, though slow introductions are always recommended. A yard or open space for her to run would be a huge bonus.
Ongoing Health
Artie is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Artie is house-trained and crate-trained. She settles well in her crate for short periods but should continue to be crated when left alone as she is curious. She may bark or pull on leash when seeing other dogs, so continued training will help her polish her leash manners. While she can be a little on edge with her toys initially, she quickly backs off and has never escalated beyond that. Patience and continued training to help her learn to settle calmly and share toys more comfortably will set her up for success.
