Meet Rex! He's a handsome brindle and white young male with a gentle heart just waiting to shine. Rex, along with his sisters Eve and Alana, were rescued at a young age after spending their early lives in a very small, confined area. This limited exposure to the world meant they missed out on some crucial socialization, making new experiences a little daunting for them at first.

Despite his shy beginnings, Rex is making wonderful progress every single day. Beneath his cautious exterior is an incredibly sweet and loving boy who genuinely desires to trust people and become part of a family. Once he feels safe and secure, his gentle personality truly begins to blossom.

Rex absolutely adores playing with his sisters, and they have been instrumental in helping him build his confidence. Now, he's eagerly searching for a patient adopter who will continue to encourage him to grow into the happy and confident dog he's destined to be. With a dose of kindness, positive reinforcement, and an abundance of love, Rex will learn that the world isn't as scary as it may seem. Ideal Home

Rex needs a patient adopter in a calm home. A securely fenced yard, at least 6ft high, is an absolute must. Invisible fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Rex has had an extensive medical health check by a licensed veterinarian. He is up to date on all vaccinations and has been spayed/neutered. A 30-day pet health guarantee is provided for local adoptions.

Training & Support

Rex is still gaining confidence due to his early life experiences. Positive reinforcement and consistent encouragement will help him thrive. Patience is key as he learns to trust and explore the world around him.

• A fenced yard (minimum 6ft height, no invisible fences) is required.
• A home inspection will be completed prior to adoption.
• A veterinary reference for previous pet owners is required, demonstrating that pets were current on vaccinations and heartworm prevention.
• If you do not have previous veterinary history, you will need to purchase 3-month heartworm prevention.
• If you rent, you must provide verification from your landlord regarding pet acceptance and any restrictions or pet deposits.
• A meet and greet with any current pets in the home is necessary to ensure compatibility.
• We will verify your current/previous veterinarian to confirm a history of providing vaccinations and heartworm prevention for your animal(s).
