Birdy

Birdy is a sweet, happy girl whose personality has truly blossomed as she's settled into shelter life. After a few days to get comfortable, she started showing everyone what a fun and affectionate companion she can be. One of Birdy's favorite things is getting attention from her people. Give her a good whole-body scratch and she will wiggle from head to toe! Her ears go back, her eyes get all squinty, and she leans right in to soak up every bit of love. She's a girl who knows how to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Birdy has a favorite stuffy toy that she loves to carry around. When she picks it up, she proudly prances across the yard with her head held high like she's carrying the most important treasure in the world. With her affectionate nature and playful personality, Birdy is ready to bring lots of joy to her forever family.

Ideal Home

Birdy loves playtime, especially chasing after balls. She may not always bring them right back, but sometimes the ball is just the beginning of a fun romp around the yard!

Ongoing Health

All dogs will be neutered, vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines, heartworm tested, current on parasite prevention and microchipped.

Training & Support

Birdy is a smart pup who already knows sit and down and is eager to learn more. She takes treats gently and is always ready to show off her good manners.
