Tucker Teddy is a approximately 1-year-old Lab mix, currently weighing 58 lbs with big paws, so he might even grow a little more. He has a happy, lovable personality and is the perfect blend of affectionate and independent. He enjoys leaning in for pets, curling up beside you, and quietly following you from room to room, offering gentle companionship without being overwhelming.

Ideal Home

Tucker Teddy would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can play and explore. He's looking for a family who will give him the space to settle in at his own pace and gently expose him to new experiences. While he was sweet and gentle with a 5-year-old, he might do best in a home without very young, boisterous children.

Tucker Teddy is up-to-date on all his vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Tucker Teddy is still building confidence and learning about the world. He can be a little cautious in new environments, and the vacuum cleaner is currently a point of suspicion for him. He would benefit from a home with another confident dog to help him grow and feel more secure. He also had a positive and respectful interaction with a cat during his evaluation.

Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. A $87 transportation surcharge applies. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
