Meet Harvey!

Harvey is a young pup who may be a German Shepherd/Doberman mix, and he's already showing all the signs of becoming an amazing companion. He's sweet, loving, and incredibly smart. Harvey already knows commands like sit, down, and leave it, and he's working hard on learning even more every day. He walks beautifully on a leash and absolutely loves training sessions. Harvey is highly food motivated and genuinely enjoys learning new things, making training fun and rewarding. He also loves his toys and is great at entertaining himself, but when playtime is over, he transforms into a world-class cuddle bug, happiest when he's curled up in a lap soaking up affection.

Harvey would thrive in a home that can provide continued training, enrichment, and engagement. Adopters should be prepared for an intelligent, active dog.

Ongoing Health

No specific health conditions are mentioned. Harvey is fully vetted, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and he is microchipped.

Training & Support

Harvey is already doing well with basic commands and leash walking. He will benefit from continued positive reinforcement, socialization, and structure, including crate training and potty training, which are standard for puppies.

Harvey is currently in Texas. Transport is available nationwide via the rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
