Meet Eclair! She's a petite and loving 2-3 year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix, weighing in at just 37 pounds, but what she lacks in size, she makes up for in devotion. Eclair was rescued from a euthanasia list and is now eagerly awaiting her second chance at a happy life with a family of her own. Once she trusts you, Eclair is incredibly affectionate, showering her favorite people with hugs, snuggles, and sweet morning cuddles. She enjoys being by your side, whether you're working from home or relaxing, and her bond with her humans is truly special.

Training & Support

Eclair is an exceptionally intelligent and food-motivated girl who thrives on learning. She has been working with a professional trainer weekly and is making wonderful progress, learning to focus on her handler and enjoying having a job to do. She is crate trained and often chooses to relax in her crate. While she does well with other dogs, she can get overly excited during play and may nip. She can also be reactive on walks, but she's improving with positive management techniques. Her adopter must be committed to continuing her training to build her confidence.
