Sunshine

Sunshine, a charming pit bull/chiweenie mix born during the April 2023 eclipse, is a compact pup under 40 pounds with short legs and a personality as big as his heart! Sunnie absolutely adores his humans and is happiest when he's by their side. He's a big fan of walks, tough chew toys, comfy hoodies, and the occasional burger or pup cup. He is crate trained and shows great loyalty and affection once he feels comfortable.

Ideal Home

Sunnie would thrive in an experienced, adult-only home. He could be the sole pet or potentially do well with a calm, larger female dog after a slow and proper introduction. He is not a good fit for a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Sunnie is up to date on all his vaccines, has had his rabies vaccination, and is on monthly preventative. He has tested negative for heartworm and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Sunnie is crate trained. He just needs a little time, patience, and space to warm up to new people, and he'll reward you with endless love and devotion!
