Despite the horrific abuse he endured, Cowboy is now safe and receiving the medical care he needs. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and currently undergoing treatment for heartworm. Cowboy is cautious with other dogs and may do best as the only pet in the home, allowing him to feel secure. He also takes time to warm up to men. This brave boy is ready for a stable and loving forever home where he can finally feel safe and cherished.
