Meet Rocky!

Rocky is a charming 2-year-old who has already experienced more loneliness than any dog should. He was found in the Texas heat, confined to an apartment balcony cage with a Chihuahua, with little understanding of the world beyond those bars. Despite his past, Rocky's heart remains full of love. Now safe at the sanctuary, he's discovered the joy of living freely, loves being part of a pack, and soaks up all the attention he can get. He greets everyone with excitement, trust, and a hopeful heart. Rocky has been overlooked for too long, but we know his special person is out there, waiting to give him the life he deserves.
