Taquito is a super sweet, compact companion who is around 2 years old. He enjoys being with his person once he's had a minute to warm up, and once settled, he's pretty easygoing. Taquito would enjoy a quieter environment as his forever place. He does well with other dogs but can be skittish when first meeting new people. We don't know how he would do with cats, as he hasn't met any in his foster home.

Taquito would thrive in a quieter environment and would appreciate a patient adopter who can give him time to warm up to new people.

Training & Support

Taquito is working on crate and potty training and is doing well. He can be skittish when first meeting people, so he'll benefit from continued socialization and positive reinforcement. We recommend reading about the transition process pets go through after adoption, specifically the 3-day, 3-week, and 3-month stages, to help Taquito settle into his new home.
