Bella

Bella is a young, energetic Belgian Malinois eager for a second chance! She was with her previous owner for over a year when an unexpected medical emergency led to her owner's hospitalization. During this time, Bella slipped out of the house and was missing for over three weeks. She'd return to her home each evening to eat and play with the other family dog, but couldn't be caught without her owner. Tragically, she was hit by a vehicle and survived. She has since healed well but has some scarring under her belly and is missing her tail.

Bella is a laid-back indoor companion but loves to play all day with another dog outdoors. She's alert and ready for a loving home that understands the needs of working breeds. She would be a fantastic playmate for another friendly dog and will thrive with structure and routine. She walks exceptionally well on a leash and would happily join you for miles of walking or jogging.

Ideal Home

A securely fenced yard is a must for Bella. She needs a home with someone experienced with working breeds.

Ongoing Health

Bella has healed well from her injuries but has some scarring under her belly and is missing her tail. She is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations.

Training & Support

Bella will benefit from structure and routine. She is an excellent leash walker and enjoys long excursions.
