Custer

Custer is a sweet young male mixed breed who is looking for his forever home! He can be the most loving companion, but he does have a bit of a nipping habit that we are actively working on. This nipping isn't out of aggression; it's more of his way of seeking attention and expressing anxiety. He's currently on medication that has significantly helped to calm him down, making a big difference in his overall demeanor.

Ideal Home

Custer would thrive in a home with a large, securely fenced yard filled with plenty of toys to keep him entertained and engaged. Due to his nipping behavior, a home without small children would be best until he becomes more comfortable and his training progresses. He needs a patient adopter who is committed to working with him.

Ongoing Health

Custer is currently taking medication to help manage his anxiety, which has been very effective. He is neutered and vaccinated.
