Ginger Peaches is a delightful one-year-old, 31lb mix of mystery and charm, believed to be a pit bull and chihuahua. This tiny dynamo is the perfect blend of playful puppy energy and devoted companion, always ready for an adventure or a snuggle session. She bonds deeply with her people, making their return home the highlight of her day. Her foster raves about her affectionate nature and how she makes her humans feel truly special.

Ideal Home

Ginger Peaches would thrive with a person or family who is excited to have a constant companion. She has done well with children aged 12 and 16, and with some introductions, we believe she could do well with younger children too. She enjoys calm and respectful play with other dogs and gravitates towards more mellow canine friends. A home with a backyard would be wonderful for her zoomies, but she's also adaptable to apartment living with adequate exercise and socialization.

Ginger Peaches is up-to-date on all her vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

This clever girl is already crate-trained and potty-trained. She knows commands like "sit" and has a hilariously cute "shake" where she offers both paws! She is a bit sad when left alone for long periods and prefers to be with her people.

Ginger Peaches is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT.
