Trout

Trout is an incredibly adorable 10-week-old Australian Shepherd/Basset Hound mix. With tiny stubby legs and a chunky, fluffy body, he's even cuter in person! He's a total sweetie pie who wants to be with you all the time. Trout is confident and adventurous, and will follow you anywhere – he definitely has that 'shadow dog' personality. He's also great with other dogs, cats, and kids.

Ideal Home

Trout would thrive in a home where he can be close to his people, as he loves to be a shadow dog!

Ongoing Health

Trout will come to you spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations (for his age), and up to date on preventatives. He will also receive an additional exam and health certificate from a state-licensed veterinarian prior to travel.

Training & Support

Trout is a confident and adventurous pup who enjoys being with his people.

Transporation

Trout is currently located in Lucedale, MS. He is available for transport to a northern pickup location, arriving 1-2 days after leaving on our July 31st transport. Pick-up in person at our shelter is also welcome at no additional cost. A semi-private transport option is available for an additional $185.
