Taffy is a 13-month-old Dutch Shepherd/Plott Hound mix with a heart as big as her smile. Weighing about 50 pounds, she's the perfect medium-sized companion who loves everyone she meets—people, kids, and other dogs alike! Taffy is playful, affectionate, and happiest when she's with her family. She loves romping around with her foster dog siblings and adores children, forming special bonds by playing, snuggling, or relaxing. When playtime is over, Taffy is all about the snuggles, enjoying curling up beside you on the couch, in bed, or alongside her furry foster siblings. She also enjoys daily walks and is a wonderful walking companion, sniffing, exploring, and taking in the world around her while walking nicely on leash without pulling. This sweet girl is as smart as she is lovable. She is fully house-trained and crate-trained, happily sleeps in her crate each night (especially with a treat!), and settles quietly. Taffy has excellent manners at mealtime, patiently sitting and waiting for her food. She shares space beautifully with her foster siblings and eats nearby without any issues. With her soft, fluffy brindle coat and adorable white patch on her chest, Taffy is just as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside.
