Meet Chino! This sweet 4-year-old Maltese is searching for a quiet and patient home where he can be the center of attention. Chino is still learning to trust and receive affection, so he'd do best with a single person or an older adult who has prior dog experience and can provide him with consistency, a calm environment, and lots of love. Once he feels secure, he'll blossom into a devoted lap dog who cherishes your company. He enjoys leisurely walks, is motivated by treats (especially cheese!), and is eager to please. While he coexists with other dogs in his foster home, he doesn't engage in play and prefers to snuggle with his people. If you have a loving heart, a patient spirit, and an open lap, Chino might be the perfect loyal companion for you!
