DJ

DJ is a sweet 2-year-old Doberman Pinscher mix who weighs 56lbs and has a beautiful black coat. He absolutely adores spending time with his people, enjoying playtime and lots of pets. DJ is still building his confidence and would do best in a mature home where everyone can help him feel secure. He walks nicely on a harness and is looking for a family that can help him grow.

Ideal Home

DJ would thrive in a home with a mature family who can help him gain confidence. Young, noisy, or busy children can be overwhelming for him, so a quieter environment would be ideal. He also prefers one-on-one interactions or smaller, calmer groups of dogs and would benefit from a gentle dog friend, though a dog introduction is recommended.

Ongoing Health

DJ is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations. He has a history of being a bit nervous at the vet and would do best with a veterinarian who is familiar with Fear Free handling techniques.

Training & Support

DJ is still working on building his confidence and would benefit from a family that can provide consistent, positive reinforcement. He walks well on a harness.
