She was placed with a wonderful foster—a gentleman with no other dogs—and she quickly blossomed. In a calm, loving home, Cindy discovered just how wonderful life can be. Today, Cindy is available for adoption and is thriving in foster care. She is truly a social butterfly! Cindy loves going on errands, rides beautifully in the car, and is wonderfully behaved in stores and at pet-friendly restaurants.
