Meet Phil, a charming male puppy who's looking for his forever family! Phil and his siblings were found as strays, but thanks to our skilled animal control officers, they're now safe and sound. Phil is eager to learn all about the joys of being a beloved pet and can't wait to share his love with a wonderful home. He's a mixed breed, approximately 3 months old, and is expected to be a large dog.
