Mazie

Mazie is a sweet Anatolian Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix who has embraced both outdoor adventures and indoor comforts. She is fully grown, weighs just under 50 pounds, and enjoys relaxing on her foster family's dog bed after time outside.

Mazie is wonderful indoors, gets along well with dogs and cats, and has been fantastic with young children. She can be timid with new people at first, but patience and kindness help her warm up into a loyal companion. She once alerted her foster family to a kitten trapped in a vehicle wheel well, helping ensure the kitten was rescued safely.

Ideal Home

Mazie would thrive with a family looking for an easygoing companion who enjoys both outdoor time and relaxing at home. She is respectful of cats, great with other dogs, and good with children.

Ongoing Health

Mazie is fully vetted, heartworm negative, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Mazie is house trained and described as an easy, pleasant dog to live with. She may need a little patience while getting comfortable with new people.
