Meet Teddy Roo Ruxpin, a sweet and devoted Staffordshire Terrier mix with an estimated date of birth of 11/1/23 and weighing in at 53 lbs. Located in Houston, TEXAS, Teddy Roo is looking for his forever snuggle buddy and promises to be a full-grown teddy bear. He's a big fan of cuddles and kisses, and if he can't be in your lap, he'll be softly trying to hug you! Rescuers know him for his gentle spirit and the heart-melting way he lifts a paw to ask for attention. Teddy Roo has charmed everyone he's met at adoption events, showing great patience and gentleness with children. He's a true survivor, rescued from a county shelter just before he was to be euthanized due to overcrowding, despite being happy and healthy. Though his past has clearly been difficult, evidenced by old scars and wounds, he remains incredibly soft, lovable, and full of life.

Transportation
Teddy Roo is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can include transportation to a nearby town, county, or state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360 and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed about tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
