Angie

Angie is a sweet, affectionate, and gentle 12-month-old cattle dog mix who weighs 33 lbs. She arrived at the shelter as a stray and was rescued from the Modesto shelter. Shelter staff described her as calm and medium-energetic. She knows how to sit and a few other commands. Angie is great with other dogs, including both alpha and submissive personalities. She coexists with cats, though she may chase them playfully during zoomies – she would never hurt them. Angie has no resource guarding and loves to cuddle. She is potty and crate trained and is currently attending obedience classes. She will be up to date on vaccines and spayed at the time of adoption.

Angie would thrive in a home that appreciates her affectionate and calm nature. While she coexists with cats, she may chase them during energetic moments, so a home where this is understood and managed would be ideal.
