SANTANA

Santana is a beautiful and exhilaratingly energetic 6-year-old Hound Shepherd mix. She was found as a stray and is now looking for her forever family! Santana can be a little timid when she first meets new people, but once she trusts you, she becomes a fun and loyal companion. She's a good walker and is very aware of her surroundings, sometimes letting out a "hound-like" howl at things that catch her attention. While "sit" isn't quite in her vocabulary yet, Santana is very treat-motivated and eager to please! She has a lot of energy and loves to run, jump, and play, making her the perfect buddy for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle.

Santana would thrive with an active person or family who can match her enthusiasm for play and exercise.

Ongoing Health

Santana is up-to-date on her vaccinations, has been wormed, and is on monthly heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. She has also been spayed.

Training & Support

Santana is treat-motivated and eager to please, which will be a great asset in her training. She is still learning commands, and with positive reinforcement, she'll pick them up quickly!
