Meet Michelle!

Michelle is a sweet, approximately 6-8 year old, 40 lb Cattle Dog mix who was rescued from a kill shelter in Houston. She was surrendered by her owners and found herself on the euthanasia list, but thankfully, a foster family stepped in to save her. Michelle is a laid-back girl who enjoys comfort and cuddles over intense activity, though she does enjoy walks and some outdoor fun. She is house-trained and not destructive, happily sleeping through the night on her bed. Michelle gets along wonderfully with dogs and children, showing no signs of aggression. She is finishing her heartworm treatment and will be ready for her new home in mid-August. Michelle is truly a loving and easy-going companion.

Ideal Home

Michelle would love a home with a plush donut bed and a spot on the couch next to her human.

Ongoing Health

Michelle is currently finishing her heartworm treatment. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed.

Training & Support

Michelle is house-trained and not destructive.
