Freyja

Freyja is a stunning girl looking for an experienced dog parent who understands the unique needs of shy and anxious pups. She was found abandoned and alone, a true survivor with so much love to give. Freyja's tail wags with delight at the sight of stuffed animals and cozy beds, and she absolutely adores a good snuggle session on the couch. Her favorite person is her 9-year-old human foster sister, and she'd love a family that can spend ample time with her, taking her on car rides with the windows down – she's a true road trip enthusiast!

Ideal Home

Freyja needs a patient and experienced owner who has had large dogs before and understands how to work with shy and scared dogs. A home where someone can be with her often would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Freyja is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed.

Training & Support

Freyja sometimes forgets her size and can jump excitedly when playing; training is recommended to manage this behavior. She will also need help with housebreaking as her foster home has long hours. She is not a fan of crates and can be vocal when confined. Like a typical Pitbull, she will need strong chew toys.
