Alaska is a playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly 8-month-old pup who weighs approximately 36lbs. We believe she may be a Pitty/lab mix, but what's most important is that she's adorable and is one of the most desperate puppies in the US, needing a loving home to save her life. Alaska loves to play with her siblings, take naps, and her days are a happy cycle of eat, sleep, play, repeat! We're committed to providing personality and behavioral insights to help ensure she's the right fit for your family, and you can even schedule a FaceTime call to meet her before finalizing adoption.

Training & Support

Alaska will need a family dedicated to routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization. We require commitment to immediate crate training upon arrival to help with potty training, energy management, and overall development.

Transporation

Alaska is currently in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). An $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
