Niko

Hi there! I'm Niko, a handsome 3.5-year-old, 72 lb Black Labrador Retriever mix who is ready to make some waves in your life! I'm a water-loving explorer with a heart full of gratitude and a desire for adventure. I was rescued from a tough situation and am now looking for my forever home where I can shower my people with affection and snuggles. I’m well-behaved and don't tend to bother you when you're home, making me a great companion for everyday life.

Ideal Home

I would absolutely thrive in a home with a nice, fenced yard where I can safely explore, sniff around, and soak up the sunshine. While I enjoy the company of other dogs, especially puppies, I get a bit too excited around cats, so a cat-free household would be best for me. I'm not a huge fan of crowded public places like stores, but I'd love to explore a big park or other less populated areas with you.

Ongoing Health

I'm a healthy boy! My adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies), spay/neuter, and microchip.

Training & Support

I'm not particularly food-motivated, but I am affectionate and a good boy! I enjoy toys and chew bones, and nose work would be a fantastic way to engage my explorer spirit. I'd love to go hiking or camping with you to discover new open spaces.
