Chance

Meet Chance, a handsome 4-year-old neutered and vaccinated Staffie mix with an old soul and a heart full of love! He was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Houston after being found abandoned in an apartment. Chance has a gentle spirit and a soulful gaze that will capture your heart. He's the perfect blend of sweet, goofy, and affectionate, always sporting what looks like a big smile, ready to brighten your day.

Ideal Home

Chance would thrive in a loving home with a relaxed, predictable routine. He'd do well in a household with older kids who can enjoy his playful energy without getting knocked over, and he gets along wonderfully with other large, playful dogs. Because of a strong prey drive, cats will be a no for Chance in his forever home.

Chance is up to date on vaccinations and is neutered.

Training & Support

Chance has excellent house manners and is fully house trained. He sleeps through the night and can be left alone without issue. While he's not a fan of closed crates, he's happy to nap in open crates or anywhere comfortable. He's a good walking companion and learns routines quickly. He can be a little stubborn when focused on something like squirrels, but the word "cookie" is his magic word to remember his manners! His love of treats makes him a great candidate for continued training.
