Betsy's journey began with heartbreak. She was found locked in a crate with painful blisters on her paws and around her mouth. Despite her difficult start, Betsy is a survivor who never gave up. She has healed beautifully and is now healthy, happy, and ready to find the forever family she's always deserved.

Because of her challenging beginnings, Betsy can take a little time to warm up to new people and experiences. She is still learning that the world is a safe place, so she will thrive with a patient family willing to let her build confidence at her own pace. Once she trusts you, her sweet, loving personality shines through.

Betsy is an active, incredibly smart young pup with lots of energy to burn. She absolutely loves to swim and would do best with an adventurous family who can keep up with her playful spirit, continue her training, and provide her with plenty of exercise and enrichment.
