Alfina is a sweet and cautious puppy who is learning to trust and open up. She's estimated to be around 13 weeks old and weighs about 16 lbs. Alfina appears to be a mix of Pit Bull Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She was rescued after being found alone and unsure of people, and while she's come a long way, she still approaches new people with a healthy dose of caution. Once she's comfortable, Alfina is incredibly affectionate and loves to be loved. She is very smart and is making great progress with potty training.
Ideal Home
Alfina would thrive in a home with at least one friendly canine companion. Another dog will be a playmate, a comfort, and a guide for her as she navigates new experiences.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation due to rising costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
