Meet Babe Ruth!
This sweet, 3-year-old Boxer/American Bulldog mix is a true gentle giant, weighing in at a hefty 110 pounds. Babe has a heart as big as his frame and is looking for a loving family to share his cuddles with. He was rescued from a shelter euthanasia list in April 2025 and has truly made the most of his second chance, blossoming into an incredible house dog. Babe is fully potty trained, crate trained, neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and on monthly heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. He's a trustworthy companion who can have free roam of the house, and he enjoys snoozing, is never destructive, and happily settles into his crate at night. Babe's favorite thing in the world is people! He adores adults and children, greeting everyone with a wagging tail and quickly becoming their best friend. Despite his size, he thinks he's a lap dog and loves to be close to his family, earning him the nickname "biggest baby."
Ideal Home
Babe lives successfully with other dogs, but he is an alpha male who likes to be in charge. He would likely do best as the only dog in the home or with a confident female dog who doesn't mind him thinking he's the boss.

Babe is up-to-date on vaccinations and on monthly heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.

Babe is fully potty trained and crate trained. He is a well-mannered companion.
