Ari is an 8-month-old sweetheart who was adopted from an Amish family just outside of Kalamazoo when she was 8 weeks old. She was a bit shy at first but has really come out of her shell while with us. Ari can be a little skittish around men initially, but she warms up quickly with a little patience. She previously lived with small dogs and got along great with them. Ari knows how to sit and lay down, and we are still working on her potty training. She loves to cuddle by your feet and enjoys playing with her toys.

Ideal Home

Ari would love a home where she is the center of attention and is made a part of the family's life. She should not be with other animals or children until she has been evaluated by a professional trainer.

Ongoing Health

Ari is up to date on all her shots and has been spayed. She is licensed through Jackson County.

Training & Support

We are still working on potty training with Ari. She may benefit from continued socialization and positive reinforcement, especially around men. We recommend consulting with a professional trainer to help her gain confidence around other animals and children.

Transporation

Ari is currently located in Utica, Michigan. We do have adoption events at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Please email us to see if Ari will be attending.
